As long as Napier is calling plays for offense, this season will be just as bad if not worse than the last 2 seasons for UF.
he hired Ron Robert’s to be “associate HC of defense” so he babysits our other DC and then focuses on other HC duties so Napier can put MORE time and energy into being OC and play caller

3-9 season in the making

That's a good number.

Fan support is important.
Is fan support indicative of the quality of the on field product?

Are they showing up because things are better today than this time last year?

Hell no. UF fans show up for home football games. That is about it. Baseball has been having some great crowds but they usually get smaller as the temps go up. Plus the team sucks.

You can thank Scott Strickland for making the dumb decision to hire Napier. If I were the president of UF, I’d fire Strickland first and then Napier. Sometimes you gotta reset the system.

need to fire more than Strickland

Strickland is just a puppet for the foleyites like Chip Howard

As long as Chip Howard Lynda Tealer and foley are hanging around in the Uaa Florida football will be in shambles

The current administration is putting more emphasis on academic prestige than athletics. I read somewhere that UF’s acceptance rate for the 2024 was at an all time low, around 32% or something like that.

UF’s NIL system is underfunded and the higher-ups care more about academic performance than athletic revenue. That was the direction the university decided to take around 5 years ago. Miami is in the same boat too.

You have been reading theCAWs BS too much. You can have high academic standards and still have successful athletics. Never, ever compare UF to scUM, they are different as night and day.

For some strange reason they played Tom Petty’s Free Fallin’ instead of We Won’t Back Down during the breaks.

there is truth to this, the uaa and higher ups like to view Florida as “the Stanford of the south” but while Florida is good it is not even close to that despite what the button up crowd thinks

But really more than academics is profit

The uaa is obsessed with milking stadium concessions and building stadium kitchens to eliminate 3rd party vendors and pocket all of the profits.

They also want the fans to completely foot the bill for NIL and having plants like Hal Lewis blame the fans for not supporting the collectives as excuses for why we can’t compete with other teams in nil and at the same time getting hundreds of millions in booster donations for stadium renovations and building stadium kitchens while charging $25 for a slice of crappy pizza at baseball games

Not bad for a dumpster fire that y'all are. UGA's attendance was a rather paltry shade below 60,000.

Three things......

1 -- Your "uaa and higher ups" are on crack to even think Florida is to be compared with Stanford academically.

2 -- Several schools in the South are academically superior to Florida......Vanderbilt, Duke, Emory, Rice. UF's more on par with UGA and Texas, A&M.

3 --

I actually don't think he's a terrible playcaller.

The problem is he's head coach and not OC.
