Head2Head said they were both suspended indefinitely. Is that true?

They deserve the rope. Think of the children who could have been permanently injured.

Yes, Florida. The state where you can stalk, start a fight with, and kill a kid then get off by claiming self defense but if you climb a crane.... FELONY!!!
Just because assholes from all over the country like George Zimmerman move to Florida and do stupid things doesn't make the first 2 parts of your statement true nor does it preclude the rest of us law-abiding citizens from standing our ground.

Kids have no idea of the consequences of their actions these days. They need to be expelled and serve federal time. We can't abide crane-climbing in this country.
they need to get off the god damned school's lawn!

Bunch of teachers just got found guilty of felony racketeering in Atlanta, and have been in jail for the last 2 weeks, waiting on sentencing...facing up to 20 fricking years for changing kids grades. This country is fricked up.

Those people aren't even going to get jail time. They will get $5K fines and probation.

They're registered felons for the rest of their lives. Guilty of the same charges given to mobsters.

Too bad for them that Saban is not their coach. He'd give them the proverbial second chance. Course, as soon as they climbed another crane the following month, they'd be kicked out of school. As an aside, wondering if they were drunk? That's scary as hell if true. However, if they were sober, that's scary as hell too, as in they knew what they were doing.

I am an insurance adjuster and I had to sit in a mediation with some claimant who disregarded the safety tape to take a short cut through a commercial (strip mall) work site after hours to get to her car and she tripped over some debris and broke her nose. HER negligence didn't preclude her from filing a lawsuit against the contractor. The best part is that here suit was also predicated on a "loss of consortium" claim by her husband based on the fact that her nose injury prevented her from performing oral sex on him every single night like she had before the broken nose as well as affecting the quality of the oral sex - True story.

Yep....not a man in that conference room bought that story. I think she ended up settling pretty cheaply because they weren't going to get jury to buy it either.
