It's not a great offense, but with Murphy, it makes it very hard for you to beat us. We will hold the ball, and tell your offense you have to beat us.

It reminds me of LSU before Cam (and before we lost a ton of juniors to the pros on D). It was usually hard to beat us because we didn't give up many points even though our offense was conservative and not that good. You can still get it done with defense and some talented skill guys on offense/special teams. Florida didn't seem to have those killer speed guys like usual when I watched them against Miami though. Or maybe my eyes deceived me...

Worked well enough for your team didn't it? You can't go back to last year considering WE BEAT You. Jesus christ step up your shitty trolling kid.

Patton had 100 yards vs Miami and Arky. He's got some very good speed. Other than him though we really don't. We are the very definition of "power". Powerful backs, big Oline, and bigger receivers outside of Patton. We do have more explosion than last year though, we've hit I believe six plays > 35 yards with is already more than all of last year.

Yeah, I saw him run and he looks pretty good (especially when he builds up some steam). I wonder if it's a philosophy change because I can't remember the last time Florida didn't have one or two frightening speed guys like Harvin, Demps, Rainey, etc., that did all kinds of stuff. Or maybe it's just a year where the speed guys aren't ready yet...

I like our RBs, but I worry about Florida shutting them down because they don't come out of the backfield fast enough. I see us having issues there, but maybe Hill will bring a little something extra for the big boys.

Exactly you had a STOUT D vs an anemic LSU offense and that D git folded up for 4 quarters by Louisville.

Same stout D this year, best in nation vs a very good LSU offense.

I can get back to last year because the last good offense you faced with that great D....you got annihilated.

Man....I love the drive bys and they only have water pistols to shoot at ya.

Has anyone actually watched UF football? Just a few minutes ago on CFB show on ESPN it was a joint conclusion with Dari and Lugenbill etc etc that UF will win the east...why? Because we are the only team with a salty defense.

We don't need no stinking points Saturday afternoon when we play the felines. Our defense will hold em to probably about 13-16 points....275 yds of offense 3 picks, 2 fumbles and LSU can then officially kiss 2013 goodbye.

LSUs defense is bad and that means we can really control the clock and you better pray you have 10 minutes of possession pussycats. We are coming to red stick to take whats ours. Tell Metty to watch out for # 15 Purifoy...oh...and Watkins # 14 too, then again...our true frosh cb Hargreaves # 1 is better than both of them...don't forget Roberson & Riggs....sly pickpockets that will slip into your crib and take all your cheese.

Someone has to take the ban bet first... But im telling you there is zero chance we only score 24. I am more certain of this, than I am of whether we win or not.

It doesn't matter what you do against this O, Cam Cameron will make adjustments and put Mett in the perfect position with the right tools to get points on the board. Ya'll will def put up some points on us, and Cameron will have to dig deeper into his tool box then he has so far this season.

But this offense is surgical. There is no one key to stopping our O.. unlike some teams who think they are the best offense in the SEC. Watch the Georgia vs LSU game if you get a chance, and you will see some of the things Cameron did.

Im not discounting Florida's D at all. Ya'll have the best D in the SEC this year (to date, I guess Bama could progress more on D as we get to the back end of the season). But cameron knows how to move the peices around on O to take advantage of any look you give him on D. He has been game planning against defenses better than anything he will see in college. The points for us will be there. Who has more?... we shall see.

I wanted this week to be less trolling after last week lol, it's not as bad but still some posters are ridiculous.

This game will be very good. Strength vs Strength, weakness vs weakness. It's which strength is stronger and who's weakness doesn't show it's face as much. It really will be a good game. Mett will get his yards, UF just needs to hold to field goals and create turnovers(we do this very well). I suspect the final score is around 27-24 type range. I think LSU breaks the 12 game 20 or less streak by UF because their offense is very good and it will get points. UF just needs to move the ball consistently which it has every game this season, but they can't stall out in the red zone which has been an issue though much less with Murphy.

Turnovers
A key play or two
Line of scrimmage

That wins this game..and it will be a good one.

Is that really your picture in your avatar? I think Florida is a talented team that can beat anyone on any given day. I'd never be cocky about that. But given what LSU has done this year, do you really think 13-16 is the ceiling for LSU? Thats just trolling, bruh. Get real.

I completely agree with everything in that post.

ETA: except I think the total points will be a little higher on both sides.

Metty cant score without the ball and he can catch up with his studies on the sideline waiting for our slow patient offense to grind it out.

I think our defense brings it and hard into the face of Metty and he will know what aftershave Fowler and Powell are wearing by halftime. Cam may know offenses...but I think our defense is in great hands.

Our offense is going to shut up a few folks by games end...Murphy is solid and quick on his feet, it will be only his third start and he never threw a pass in a college game until UT game....has ice water in his veins. # 1 and 83 are on par with a lot of receivers that get more ink...they just don't get thrown to as much...by design. But LSUs def secondary better be careful of the bubble pass and the missed tackles cause both can take it the defense...just ask UT about Burton # 8 what he did to them last year 80 yds to the house.

I was bullshitting with the ban bet , but I agree with most of what you wrote. I picked LSU 28-24, but that's not saying LSU can't have a good day offensively, they will. It'll be interesting to see how CC attacks the UF D, no doubt.
