You’re at 4-3, and your remaining schedule is:
UGA
@3&4
USC
@Vandy
@FSU

I see a loss to UGA, but I could easily see you running the table from there and getting to 8 wins on the season.

If so, would you view this as a successful season in year one under Napier?

8-4 is right where we expected to be, but with our awful defense and AR playing the most up & down I’ve ever seen from a QB I’m treading lightly on us getting there.

8-4 with that schedule would certainly be successful for year 1 of any coach

We’re going 6-6 or 5-7.

We don’t have a defense. Even Vandy will have a shot at us.

I'd take 8-4 right now. Because I don't think we're going to be able to pull it off on the field.

I feel like SC can win that Florida game. Assuming SC doesnt blow our next two that Spurrier Bowl should be a fun game.

Haha, 4rida!

I predict 7-5, btw.

For me a first year coach gets a bye unless it’s a total disaster like losing to an FBS team at home or forfeiting a game. The second year is the year we get to see the adjustments and corrections that are needed, like a new DC. If nothing improves by the end of year 2 , then you have a problem.

I’ve been saying 6 wins. I think that’s a good job with the group we have.

I would consider it a successful first season absolutely

Realistic expectations with what we got this year is 6-6. Optimistic for 8-4. Tough schedule this year and a green QB makes the game challenging.

Hell no. What kind of a stupid question is this?

If I had to pick I would say 7-5. I don't see Florida losing more than 5 and could easily see them only losing 4.
