60. Arkansas (414 ypg)
62. Kentucky (410 ypg)
70. Florida (403 ypg)

Yep, Arky is averaging 9 more yards of offense

No worries you guys are only slightly behind us in defensive rankings

2. Florida (202 ypg)
20. Miss State (310 ypg)
27. Alabama (331 ypg)
31. Arkansas (336 ypg)

With our backup QB in we have no threat of a passing game, allowing the defense to stack the box

Yep. If you guys cold throw the ball downfield 20-25+ yards effectively, it would be tough to stop Arkansas and you surely would have beaten Rutgers.

Realistically if A&M had corners like Florida there would have easily been 4 or 5 interceptions vs just 2 this past Saturday. Florida is going to bring all kinds of pressure and the CBs will be ready to jump a route. Allen may be your best QB but he isn't the guy to carry Arkansas farther. Unless his shoulder was still hurt and he wasn't 100%?? If that was the best he throws then that ain't going to cut it.

Ags running game is different than Florida. I think Florida is going to have a much tougher time running against Arkansas unless you guys get clobbered on time of possession. D can't stay on the field most of the game or Florida will be able to run.

Has the makings of a good game if Hogs can pass and not turn it over.

No doubt that Florida realizes that after 20 plus years this is possible, finally , perhaps, maybe just that year that finally Arkansas does something and they are going to be on double extra alert.

4 yards ahead of Kentucky better?
Or better than we lost to Rutgers 2 weeks ago better?

We averaged 127 yards less of total offense in games Derby played. Allen makes a huge difference.

ESPNU is replaying the A&M game @ 9:30. I'm gonna check it out. I haven't seen Arky play yet.

So scary! Rutgers says hi back.

ETA: Speaking of high-back.. I might have to smoke a pork shoulder this weekend - with Pecan Wood.. oh so good.

Brandon Allen fricking sucks. Less than 50% passing against two shitty defenses in Samford and A&M?

Frightening.

Agreed. A&M won because we outscored Arky. Florida has a better defense than A&M, but it is realistic to think Arky should be able to put up 17-20 points. Will Florida score enough points?
