Dude is a space eating NT quick enough to play DE. Looked good in the spring game and I think being Garrison Smith's rotation buddy is going to bring out his potential

Taylor was last season's jarvis jones (scout teamer who gave our first string fits in practice).
Those guys who have a knack for making plays just go out and do that.
He was unblockable at times during the spring game. but that wasnt against the #1s.

quote:Things could change, but I think Kenneth Carter transitioned from defensive tackle and earned heavy praise at defensive end during the spring. He was supposedly ahead of Eguae during this time. He started opposite Dee Ford.
Dee Ford and Nosa Eugue have our DE locked up

By seasons end... toby johnson will have a name for himself in the sec. he's a beast in the 3 technique.
I expect him getting significant reps in our nickel look after the first month.
I dont know how it will translate to our base 3-4. but he's got nick fairley potential lined up inside of a 4 man front.

Lol at Nkemdiche having a Clowney-like impact. No fvcking chance.
Bud will either do awesome things at Florida or fall by the wayside IMO, no middle ground for him. Ugh, he would've been awesome as Nuke's replacement.
I still can't believe we lost our lead with North. He was as slam-dunk as they come going into his senior year, and then we let Pearmen fvck it up. I'll never forgive him. North was the best WR in the nation last year, and would have been electric in Clemson's system.
We went from Bud AND North to fvcking neither

WR Marquez North has been beasting since he got on campus. He will be UT's #1 or #2 target from the start.

quote:Eguae wasn't even the starter coming out of spring, Ken Carter was. And I see Lawson starting immediately, considering we play pass-heavy Washington St first and Lawson is easily better at pass rushing already than Carter and Eguae. After that, he'll just continue to start IMO.
He won't Game 1. Dee Ford and Nosa Eugue have our DE locked up. They are seniors but Lawson is better than Eugue and should take over quickly.

Gimme North all-day/any-day.
Treadwell is about potential. North is already the complete package. He's also versatile to do all the things Clemson asked of Sammy. He would've fit perfectly!
FVCK!!!!!

North was an absolute steal but I think UT was lucky to grab Riley Ferguson who is also from the area and in turn helped recruit North. It also didn't hurt that we had just turned out 2 of the best WRs heading into the draft in Hunter and Patterson (3 really - Da'Rick Rogers was/is as good as Hunter but a love for maryjane and one positive test too many forced him to transfer and hurt him in the draft).
