Mettenberger had been great all year really until the first half this past weekend.

It wasn't the fact he threw an interception. It wasn't the fact he made an extremely poor decision to throw a homerun ball into double/triple coverage. It was the fact he did it 3 times in one half of an SEC road game.

Possible, but the most unlikely to occur since Saban got to Alabama. Bama is just a much better team this year.

But did you feel like he was going to beat Ole Miss Saturday night?

It's more accurate to say that LSU is the only other SEC team with the (uninjured) talent to really challenge Bama. That's not the same thing as saying they're the only other team that can challenge Bama.

Than last year? Or are you saying that the gap between Bama and LSU is wider this year than in years past?

I've seen enough LSU/OM games to know that game is almost always close. After the 1st quarter I knew we were in trouble.

Why did you decide to listen to F'baum today? Were you hoping he'd heap praise on AU? Did he have anything at all to say about AU today? Just curious, I stopped listening to his white noise many years ago.

LSU isn't going to lay down - they have the physical talent to beat anyone if they play well.

Mettsiah shite the bed in Oxford, and for the second year in a row Chavis was unable to solve the riddle of Bro Wallace.

Finebaum's ugly-arse is right, LSU is still a threat.

LSU will treat Bama game as their defacto NC Game. Playing #1 Bama in their house could get them back into the BCS discussions and we all know that anything may and sometimes will happen. Bama can not blow this off as upset or "did not see this coming".

Yep. If nothing else, this is LSU's chance to try to keep Bama out of the NC. LSU will be the underdog by a decent margin for the first time this year, and will have the opportunity to play spoiler.

good troll billy,

this team has no heart and saban down right owns les miles since 21-0. mett folds like a cheap chair under pressure, uga he is rolling along until the last drive where every pass is fricking uncatchable and then yall put pressure on him and he shite it up.

this team is going nowhere besides a shite bowl. We will be lucky if they are even prepared for the bama game since clown miles can't get them prepared for ole miss.
