Claimed to have 2 people with him at the SECCG that said WM is trying to decide between Aub and SCar and that Auburn is much closer to finalizing a deal with him FWIW...

Love him or hate him the guy has very strong ties in the SEC and is where he is because of his very close friendship with commissioner Mike Slive

Tbh it's not going to bother me if we don't land WM as long as we get someone with a good resume. But I believe WM is coming to AU. He's 1st on my list but there are other very good candidates out there. The added bonus of getting Muschamp is the immediate impact I think it'll have on recruiting.

Will Muschamp is going to Auburn. Gus just has to figure out what to do with Rodney Garner.

I heard it, didnt say anything other than 1 source thought it would be Auburn, the other wasnt sure. Nothing about finalizing anything.

I think the further this goes . . . the more it leans S. Carolina. Auburn needs to close on this quickly.

Sexton is Muschamp's agent. Sexton is Suppier's agent. Sexton is Gus' agent. Sexton is the agent for just about every relevant HC in the south.
