A couple issues with that list:

1) It classifies bearcats as a mythical creature, but they are very much real (and far less intimidating than the name would indicate)

2) There are way too many things that belong in the multiple categorie i.e. The Troy Trojans being under self-referential instead of the ancient race category, or the other Laker teams mentioned in the self-referential instead of the Laker heading.

No doubt. I guess the guy failed grammar since crimson in this case is an adjective which describes the Tide which is the noun. So we definitely shouldn't have been under color.
You're right. The Tide is a force of nature, under the Natural World.

Upon closer inspection, there are a lot of issues with that list.

Continuing on Alabama being listed under 'colors,' he also lists the SUNY Red Dragons under 'dragons' instead of 'colors'.

Consistency apparently isn't his strong point either.

Since "Aggie" is short for "Agriculturalist", as in "Farmer", it should fall under "Profession", not "Self-Identifying".

We are listed with a bunch of schools I have never heard of, all of which are DIII or don't support varsity sports.

I understand that many are generic names, but there are also hundreds listed are unique but classified under broad catch-all categories, don't see how those aren't considered original or unique.

This.

Spent way too long searching for "Aggie" under "Profession." Damn logic

Wasn't the whole Crimson Tide thing first used in relation to the football team's wearing of the color crimson?

A tide of crimson, right? I'd rather be that than an angae bloom.

That campus looks like an Amish village. But I love all the weirdos, weed, and awesome weather there.

Interesting Fun Fact:

UGA's team was called The Red and Black for the first several decades, until AJC reporters (AJ and AC at that time) started the bulldog schtick.

Originally, we were in Bama's category with colors as our mascot.

Where is UAB?

Nevermind, they're under "trailblazers". Another team called the blazers are under fire.

I just cannot find Ole Miss. What bigger catagory is Rebels under? Or what general area of the poster?

Also, if anyone can find Pittsburg State Gorillas, please let me know. I would of thought they would be on there, but for the life of me I cannot find them either

I took it to mean that an Aggie is a student at an agricultural school.
