Duh. Even one of the O-linemen in a press conference said that run blocking out a 2 point sucks donkey dong.

This is sad because the players know it, the fans know it. Is it a "Well, this is our scheme and we won't change it" type of thing?

Don't know yet. It might be a "too bad it is the scheme we are using" or they might get better as they learn the technique.
