Not exactly sure we would have been beaten as bad, but we'll never know that but to say something like that is asinine. We were disappointed and was highly unlikely if we thumped Va Tech we would have been split champs, naturally we weren't as amped for the game. An example for you look how your team played against Utah.... after an undefeated regular season.

USC wouldn't have totally butt fricked auburn the way they did oklahoma in that game. auburn would have given them a much better game, but in the end I really think USC would have beaten auburn. And to be honest I hate USC a little more than I do auburn.

USC had already thumped Auburn in 2002 and 2003. No one wanted to see it happen again in 2004. Auburn lost their shot at the 2004 MNC when they tanked the 2003 season... Btw, 90% of Bama fans don't give two sharts about Rollison and of that 90%, 75% of them have even forgot he exists..
