this was actually my first LSU/Bama game:

1987. Mom is top right. I wouldn't actually be born for another 5 months.

As someone who has seen all of them since 1980, its hard to top 1982. LSU's first win over Alabama in a long time and although the final score, 20-10 wasn't that wide, LSU was in control the entire ball game.

People with leg injuries? How would you crawl without using your legs?

Will this game drive little nicky into retirement?

I loved the low scoring one a few years ago. It was the most intense football game I have ever watched

I’m sure most on here hated it though because most people like 58-57 scores

It’s the same people who would rather see a 15-14 baseball game instead on a 1-0 baseball game because of amazing pitching

Honorable mention goes to 1996 and Shaun Alexander

Everyone gump talks up that record breaking run but forget about the record breaking passing of Rohan/Reed annihilating your DB's.

This may not be considered the biggest "rivalry"; but by far they have been consistently the best games.

Obviously biased, but Shaun Alexander running all over Death Valley has a special place in my heart. Maybe the 31-0 win in 2002, just because it was so damn unexpected.

In fairness that era of Bama football there isn't much worth remembering.

My older brother still has his "I was there when LSU beat the Bear" shirt.

1979, Baton Rouge. Cold, driving monsoon rain the whole game. Bama won 3-0 on a FG midway through the 3rd quarter. Cold, miserable, low-scoring defensive game, just the way I like them, lol. Fun factoid: Steve Ensminger was LSU’s QB.

2010 - LSU 24-21

Best day game crowd in Tiger Stadium history. Loud from start to finish.

Patrick Peterson and Julio Jones lined up head to head on every play. I was there and remember thinking to myself that they were having fun knowing how great they were and that they would be getting paid soon.

2022 has taken the top spot if I can't pick 2019.

Other than that, I'll say 2007. There was a lot of stress in that game. I felt a tremendous amount of pressure for LSU to beat Saban that night.

2007 game was just insane. 2005 was a classic.

2012 even though LSU lost was one of if not the best game i've ever been to crowd wise.

The screen to Yeldon. We hadn't done anything offensively all game and McCarron just took what they gave. LSU had that game dead to rights and we just took it.

I was there as a guest of an old physician from back home who was trying to recruit me to join his practice. Soaking wet, freezing cold and like you said it was miserable

I was there as a kid wearing a trashbag over my clothes and still the most miserable, wet, and cold I can remember being. My hate for Alabama really grew from that night.
