Nah, we just think most SECr posters are retarded.
That’s rich considering the combined Alabama fanbase IQ on this board is like 198.

Sauces, cause his attorney claimed none of this in his endearing statement.
He saying that could come out, not that it has.
The attorney's statement was allowed to be released by the DA. But it was controlled. That I did read. That's why there has only been one statement and the stuff with ESPN. The lawyers/authorities are controlling what the Univeristy, players, staff, and their lawyers are allowed to say.
Hence the brief statements, and the respectfully that's all I have to say about that statements recently.
I'm not saying the university or their lawyers have handled it well, but there is only so much they are being allowed to say. There is a source for that, but I'd have to find it again.
ETA: I think it was in an outkick the coverage article about them trying to get the dashcam and houndstooth videos and figure out where Miller went after the shooting.

If his attorney said it then it must be true, lol imagine believing everything a defense attorney says. I can’t count the number of times a client’s attorney states that “when all of the facts come out his client will be found innocent” and is subsequently convicted.

It's funny how this does not age one bit.

What? His attorney came out and said he didn't have the context, didn't know the gun was in his car, didn't get out of his car AND didn't know the gun was in the car.
His attorney said he never saw or touched the gun, doesn’t mean he didn’t know it was there. His attorney said he was on his way when he got the text, he never says anything about if he read it or not. If his attorney could say he had zero idea the gun was there and he didn’t read the text he would have said it.

So Nate Oates has no team rule about murder weapon delivery?
You’ve conflated what happened with emotional rhetoric. He didn’t hand him the gun. And you nor me would know about internal discipline. But, cases involving legal action are difficult because miller will already have counsel.
I say this as someone who previously worked with as a faculty investigator for academic misconduct with the SAA (student advocacy and accountability) at my previous employer.

I'll take your word for it since I ain't reading all that shite.
Of course you also see no issue with UF defending and covering up murder for Aaron Hernandez, so perhaps your word isn't worth much.

This has been pretty entertaining reading, in a sad way. But I am going to go out on a limb here and say that you have not a clue how the court system actually works.

I never said any of it is true. I've said that folks rush to judgement and we will see what happens when it is played out in court.
There is video evidence that will be shown in court including dash cam video from Brandon Miller's car.

I can't count the number of times this board has predicted that Saban was done either.
But I'm sure y'all got this one figured out. This time you can't be wrong, right?

Were Miles and Davis in possession of a fire arm before Miller arrived? Did Miles request Miller bring him his gun? Did Miles indicate he was having problems with another person?

Is this where you explain to me how lawyers never embellish the innocence of said clients? No doubt your knowledge of the criminal justice system is vast

Well, that doesn't sound right unless there's a gag order in place from the judge. I'm no lawyer but I don't think the DA has that kind of power to approve what statements defense attorneys can make.

Appreciate the honesty. You've been mostly cordial in your replies by tRant standards.

trying to get the dashcam
I saw somebody else claim that Miller had dashcam video. That would be wild if true. I don't recall seeing anything about that in ESPN's report.
I do recall in ESPN's report seeing that the video they watched showed Davis walking right up to the driver's side of Harris' vehicle. They couldn't say for sure who shot first. Like Han and Guido. But gonna be hard for Davis to argue self-defense when he walked right up looking for a confrontation, came packing and allegedly already knew that Harris's boyfriend was also packing. None of that has anything to do with Brandon Miller, mind you, just saying it's easy to see why Davis was indicted.
From what I've gathered, both Davis and Harris's boyfriend continued to escalate until the final confrontation when Davis walked right up to the driver's side. I don't see how either side has much of a claim of self defense.
