It was never about "bragging" about being third; we were pleased with our inaugural year in the conference, that's all.
Nuthin' more, nuthin' less.
Some around here misinterpreted that.

WTF?? Um Mizzou already beat Ole Miss the last 2 times they played(home and home) and will most likely beat Ole Miss this year. Like I said, you couldn't handle Big 12 Okie State which lost to WVU, and Baylor smashed the frick out of WVU. That says a lot about Miss State huh. Talk all that Big 12 suck smack and got beat by TAMU in their first year in the SEC and Okie State beat you guys when they played bad. WOW.

Just as most, but not all, of the Texas A&M fans learn to use silverware so they can eat at the adult table, the Mizzou fans come roaring out of the woodwork. Heads up, Mizzou fans...you're 2012 Mississippi State. But not as good.

So you judge a Mizzou team by 2012 because their QB was coming of a MCL tear, best RB out for the season, all of the OL hurt and never played the whole season together as a unit. Last season Mizzou was playing with 2nd and 3rd string players on offense

So name me ONE SEC team that would do good with a hurt QB, almost ALL of the OL hurt, best RB out. Name a SEC team that would still light it up on offense. Get out of here with that weak shite.

That's exactly what everyone is saying.

Depth is key. Missouri doesn't have that.

A LOT of SEC teams would suck if they were in that position. We saw how UGA barely got past a bad UT with their players out. The same UT that got smoked in Eugene. Remember Mizzou did the SAME thing, barely beat UT with players out.

Mizzou is healthy now, they can put up points, defense can rest. Last season the "d" never got a chance to rest because the offense was 3 and outs and couldn't put up points.

Mizzou had players out and still didn't finish winless or last in the East. This Mizzou team will compete this year.

And yet, SCAR is 3-3 vs Bama this millennium.

I can remember people saying Vandy would also beat Mizzou since they played well vs USC and Ole Miss. We saw how that turned out.

And you say curb stomped, tell me how many points will UGA win by?? I'll bookmark this.

You JUST argued about how okie state beat MSU so MSU must suck, then point out how the transitive property doesn't work?

Keep your story straight dude

You say don't compare 2012 and 13 Mizzou - and then you compare your game against 2012 UT to Georgia's game against 2013 UT - logical

Oooooooooooooo

Transitive properties in football.

Arkansas State was leading Missouri in the 3rd quarter.

Arkansas State was down double digits to Auburn with 4 minutes left in the 1st quarter and never got close the rest of the game.

Therefore....

Auburn >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Missouri

Fact

I'm talking about injury wise. UGA is hurt and they barely got past Tenn. I don't care how good a program is, a hurt team will struggle. If anyone believe the 2012 and 2013 Mizzou offense is the same probably never played the game of football or don't know much about injuries.
