I guess we Hog fans should be flattered…
I remember the SWC. The cheating.. the refs that hated Arkansas as the only non-Texas school in the conference (it would make Marc Curles blush)The trans ams.etc. We journeyed to greener pastures to our Southern brethren. Won some nattys in bb and track, went to numerous World Series, assembled the stoutest cfb backfield in history. Won some and lost some but we are home. Now here y’all are again, Texas and Texas A&M. Following your Hog cousins out of both love and knowing Texas A&M lust. …a&m has been here a decade but I say Prepare thy wigs longhorns and welcome old bitter rival. My body, our body is ready.

Facts. The Flagship has sailed mightily. Won the conference like 15 track natties and fit right in.

I can't wait to play Arkansas more frequently.. and I hope that we start playing football every year..

We actually have done pretty well for a small school in a small state. I’m proud of that.
We knew football was going to be a struggle, basically playing bowl games every weekend. I’m grateful we were allowed the opportunity to be a member of this conference and I don’t take it for granted.

Just remember sip, y’all followed the Hogs after 32 years of legal separation. The horns and A&M just couldn’t stay away. Y’all missed the Hogs and I’m here to say welcome old adversary…welcome to the humbling beat downs and the SEC office not caring iif we do the horns down. Y’all ain’t running the show anymore…just a rookie SEC member learning the ropes.

That 12 years was in our worst slump in the 130 years of Razorback football.
