Expectations for a $5M/yr coach?

The coaching changes talk has me wondering what legitimate expectations should a team have for $5M/yr? How many wins should that buy you and how long should an administration have to wait?

Depends on how many wins you average as a program. Nobody at South Carolina would get fired if they won 8-9 games a year. That would get a coach fired elsewhere that has a stronger program.
