I don't really know much about baseball, so I'll give that one to you.

But, if you think that your football program is "looking promising" as in "looking promising that we will compete for national championships in the very near future", then you are smoking some awesome stuff.

I have no special knowledge or expertise with regards to SEC expansion, but I just don't see how GT brings anything to the table. The TV market is already in bag for the SEC.

The schools most likely to expand the SEC television market and thus bring in more revenue are Texas, Miami, UNC and UVA. Whether any of those schools would entertain an offer is unknown.
