I've seen plenty of creepy stuff from Auburn and Bama fans the last few years. It's passed the point of being ridiculous. At the end of the day, this is all over a bunch of 18-22 year olds playing a game against each other.

Absolutely! If left up to the average college football fan, the game would be fun again.
Instead, you have the entertainment industry (ESPN) trying to control what people think and do. You have media trying to make names for themselves, whether what they put out is true or not. People who thrive on rumors and innuendo and think anything is boring.
You have boosters so infatuated with these players that they can't stop breaking rules.
When I stop and think that these manipulators are grown men (supposedly) who have no shame and no morals, it scares me for the future of the game.

Just read the pieces on Roy Adams. The man basically brags about breaking tons of rules while as a booster for Tennessee during the Fulmer-era. The level of obsession with the players is unhealthy... downright creepy.

Alabama fans are naive if they think there's no cheating going on. All successful programs cheat to varying degrees. But I understand why Alabama fans wouldn't want to believe this. It's the same reason so many Christians refuse to learn about evolution. Ignorance is bliss.

What's sad is how often Southerners are proud of their ignorance. There was a time that ignorance was considered to be a bad thing, but these days it's a virtue in the South.

Serious question. Do LSU and Auburn fans really think there is a conspiracy involving Bama and where the SEC office is located or do you guys just use it to bust balls? Do you really feel Bama pays off the refs?
When Bama was winning nothing, I never once felt like some other team had some advantage from the SEC office or NCAA or any other source. I just felt Bama is sucking now and eventually they won't anymore. And then one day they will again. It's just how it goes.
