Will be fun to watch a real game on Thursday. Is Rising playing?
Gators should be improved. Billy is methodical but definitely not flashy. He’s seems to be doing the right things but it looks like a slow build.
Hard to know what to expect. Started ‘22 by beating PAC12 champs at home - ended season blown out by PAC12 6th place team.

IMO, the Gators will be better this year. Having a consistent QB will make play calling easier. The defense will be improved. 8-10 games are winnable. Who knows, but I feel good at this point.

From what I have been hearing, Mertz is football smart, makes quick decisions and throws a catchable ball. He reads defenses well and can auditable out of a bad play into a good one. All of these traits are an improvement over last season.
