LINK This is really sad. Seems like a nice kid from a nice family and he does this. What makes a nice looking football player from a major college program seek out young girls for sex? Most of the crimes college athletes commit usually go into probation. I don't know the law, but isn't this guy going to jail? Do child sex crime offenders ever get off with just probation? We are use to seeing college athletes getting off easy.

5 felony charges as a result of a police sting is not something that folks typically get probation for.

If convicted and even if probation is on the table he will get sex offender status most likely. What a bitch for going after children.

Yes, and that is something kids hopefully figure out sooner than later. A kid with all he had going for him you would think he might seek out help to prevent destroying his life with so much education around him.

I just read this in the Tennessean this morning and the article was just posted last night. I did not see a thread about this. Besides, I'm curious to see how this plays out. Was it entrapment? His bail was only $50,000 which he posted. Makes you wonder how many times he's had sex with young girls before getting caught. Did his teammates know about his attraction to young girls?
