Not surprising - he's really not all that great at X's and O's which is a must in the NFL, and he knows it. He's mostly a great recruiter and just out-talents everyone. With the talent he hauls in every year it's shocking that he ever loses a game.

Why can't a coach just like the college game more? He gets paid more than most NFL coaches anyway....I don't see the big deal.
