So the only two SEC with winning records are historical powerhouses. Very riveting stuff. Will print, place in time capsule, and dig up to read again in 2040.

Seattle doesn't even use the term anymore.

Meanwhile there is 80 years of documented history showing "Death Valley" was copied from Clemson

Doesn't change what I said. I'm sorry your school is so insecure over a shitty nickname y'all have to sue everytime it's mentioned.

When people think of 12th Man they think of Seattle. Death Valley they think of Tiger Stadium. Deal with it.

Death Valley is universally associated with Clemson. Hell most people don't even know what city Lou State is in.

actually there really is no concrete documentation of when LSU began to use the term Death Valley. There are only stories

"Here’s some background: Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, LA, opened in 1924 and, according to the Associated Press, was situated near a gas station named “Deaf Valley.” It’s clear that, even back then, LSU fans were a boisterous bunch, and it’s possible that the stadium was given that nickname as a result – but it’s still unclear."

That came 20+ years before an opposing coach nicknamed Clemson's stadium death valley

but your obsession is getting to unhealthy levels. why do you care so much?

Weird how the quote coach McMillan used and was documented in a 1948 article all of a sudden started showing up at LSU decades later

"Where teams go to die"

that phrase actually isn't used by LSU. Les Miles said that in a post game interview in the past few years. Again, why do you care?

And Coach McMillan wasn't a Clemson coach, so did Clemson rip off someone else too?

First link is to a pro LSU website admitting Death Valley was originally started at Clemson.

You said THE ENTIRE FIRST PAGE. Either admit you were lying, or ban yourself if I prove you wrong.
