Well, if we had not of had him, then UA would not have had a young (in over his head) OC for 1 year...

But rumor has it, he wasn't going to be a tailback at UA because y'all had...

Coach Bryant wanted him to be a LB....

Coach Bryant had a system, similar to how Coach Saban has his process. He did things a certain way and it brought a large amount of success. If Coach Bryant had a flaw, it was that he was reluctant to think outside the box when it came to his system. Now he would use unconventional thinking when it came to game plans and such, but as it pertained to his recruiting and personnel, he did things a certain way and that was just how it was done.

Bo Jackson was a perfect example of why even the best coaches arent perfect.

Cam's current endorsements/commercials:
NFL Play 60
Beats by Dre
Windows Phone
Under Armour
GQ Cover
Gatorade

These are the ones that I can think of off the top of my head. These are all pretty high profile companies so I dont see why Nissan/Heisman would have an issue

Just don't see it happening. I'm not saying that it is based off of anything legit, but it is what it is.

I agree with this. Especially since he started showing his true colors this year. He just doesnt seem to have the attitude that Nissan/Heisman wants to advertise.

Matt L. is a dirt bag and a shitty NFL QB. He was used...

Maybe Nissan hates gum-chewing QB's who don't wear a mouth piece?

I recall reading that Cam believes chewing gum works similar to wearing a mouth piece? He also states that it keeps his mouth from being dry when speaking in the huddle.

Cam got the Gatorade endorsement because people were complaining about him wearing the towel over his head so you'll have only yourselves to blame if he is soon endorsing Big Red

Newton, who chews gum during games, said someone told him recently that chewing gum actually can help prevent concussions by cushioning the teeth and keeping them from clamping down on each other.

What's Newton flavor of choice?

Wrigley's Winterfresh.

“That's like an advertisement, right there,” said Newton. And then he smiled
