While Texas A&M's president and its fan base might already be dreaming about SEC titles and national championships under Fisher, who was lured away from Florida State with a 10-year, $75 million contract, the Aggies first have to finish higher than fourth in the SEC West, which they've done only once since joining the league in 2012.

Its great to be poor and more successful. It really is

A&M winning 7 or fewer games this season (and the next 9 seasons) isn't a hypothetical. It occurs more often than not

So are they saying he will only win about 7 games a season?

Seems if he wins more the price per victory would drop below 1 million

It’s waaaaay more than $1mil per win. Hell, we got 7 wins from Rumlin and fired him.

We’re paying him $75 mil to win the extra three games per year.

People said that when we gave Jackie Sherrill a 6 year six year $1.7 million contract. LINK

True.

The point I was making is ESPN trolling TAMU with the headline?

I never fully understand trolling so I need to ask other for advice.

Meh, Jimbo gets about 3 to 4% of the revenue of the athletic department which isn't far off from what O gets from LSU's, which one is over paying again?

Well aren’t you paying him 7 million a year?

His contract isn’t 75 mil guaranteed is it?

Not sure of how his contract is structured

It’s actually happened once since joining the league so I’m going to go with you once against don’t know what you’re talking about. I could post that as a response to 90% of the LSU posts on this board. What’s it like to be wrong all the time?
