With who at QB? I don't see Jones being the guy that leads them to the playoffs much less the SEC championship.

Yeah, North Carolina, Penn St, and aTm are all totally way better than LSU. Not even mentioning tier 3

Except the unique nature of CFB and its inherent inbalances makes stuff like that transparent bullshite if you examine it too closely. A lot of teams in higher tiers would get beaten soundly by those in lower tiers but the playoffs make us pretend that conferences and schedules are equal.

The playoffs revolving around conferences has exposed CFB in a lot of ways. We play pretend as much now as we did when newspapers randomly declared champs.

They're going to win the Big 12 for like the hundred time in a row and will have a good shot at making the playoff. They definitely belong in the tier.

Yeah UF that high is a mystery, went 8-4 and just lost everything that made them even that level of "good"

Besides Clemson and maybe Ohio State, no non SEC team is winning the west in a given year

Splitting hairs but I’d probably knock Oklahoma and Georgia to tier 2.

Other than that, it’s perfect.

So what? USC will probably win the PAC12. Are they tier 1?

UGA has been in tier 1 for 15 years and we still have a more recent championship.

Ehhh, we all know the deal with Oklahoma. But Georgia belongs in tier 1. Pretty sure they'll be salty in 2021.

Texas in Tier 2 is a joke, but I would expect nothing less from the media

You guys seem to be firing a lot of head coaches and spending a ton of money just to get to Pretend Land.
