How green our we? Two starting lineman have never been on an airplane before. This will be the first trip for much of our team.

I read this morning that this is the first trip for 2/3 of the travel roster. frick, this is a young team.

That is the one thing that scares me. Oklahoma hits on a couple of big plays, the wheels come off the bus and this young team goes into meltdown mode.

This matchup is extremely important for both teams. For Stoops, he can put another notch in his Anti-SEC belt with a win against a historically dominant, albeit downtrodden program. For Tennessee, they would not only shock the world, but also silence the biggest SEC naysayer in college football.

I actually think all the pressure is on Bob and OU this game. We're 21 pt dogs on the road so if we play them well and lose it will be good for us (progress) and an embarrassment for them. If they win and blow us out of the water they've done what they're supposed to do by beating a 21pt underdog at home. If we win Stoops and OU get embarrassed big time and our program can ride high off that win.

I want to win outright but OU has a lot more to lose this game than we do.

OU's dline is gonna eat.

It'll still be a game early in the 4th (which shows that Butch has things headed in the right direction) but then the Sooners' depth takes over and they win by 20.

The entire SEC will be Vol fans this week!

If Tennessee can pull off the upset, they should be proclaimed #1 SEC team for the week.

Go Vols!

I always root for the SEC in OOC games, simply because I'm proud of the conference, and the better the conference is as a whole the better each team in it is viewed.

But this weekend goes beyond that. I'll be singing rocky top hoping the vols can shut stoops up.

Here's the Vols' chance to clean up Bama's mess.

I hope they embarrass the Sooners.

While I don't think a win is at all likely, but if they somehow pull this thing out, this could be the pendulum swing back in the right direction.

It began falling in 2001 with a loss to LSU in the SEC Championship game. God, it would be great if this could start the upswing.
