They had 8 drives of 5 or fewer plays against us. Saban will go with the same game plan that we did, lock down the pass and make them beat you on the ground. The offense is very good but the defense is bad enough that if you keep them under 30 ish the game is won.

AIN'T. NO. WAY. Lowly Mississippi State beat Tennessee. Therefore, they suck worse than a supermassive black hole. At least that's what the Ole Miss fans at the office tell me.

No. However, it is a rivalry game. Could end up being sursrising close (similar to LSU-Auburn) with Bama coming out on top.

Everyone calling for an upset has no clue how bad our defense has been. Bama will put up 250 yards in air and on ground.
If it was the CBS game, everyone at ESPN would be picking Bama to cover.

I think UT can play with Bama. I do not think they will. If I were Dooley, I'd get Patterson the ball 20+ times and see what happens.
Note to all you people giving UT a chance: If UT can do it, so can State. Remember that next week. (And yes, it IS all about us...we're having the best year in over a decade.)
No one has given State a chance all season. It's "Ya'll are gonna' get kilt..." followed by "Ya'll haven't played anybody yet..."
If we beat Bama, all we'll hear is how the SEC is down this year. Bookmark it.
