I would have just found a poll where Louisiana was already blue and used the magic wand tool, or done if by hand. Copy, paste, done. Why make things needlessly complicated and shitty?

Because that never even occurred to this idiot. I would bet he doesn't know what the magic wand tool is. He just found a shade he thought was close enough on MSPaint and colored it in with the brush.
I mean think about it, the guy was dumb enough to start this thread and think people would buy it. He's too dumb to know how to use basic image manipulation software or simple copy and paste techniques..
