Ha, no. MS river boarder. And my Grandad grew up on the family plantation. As an Ole Miss fan I know this impresses you greatly.

In Mississippi, we learn that it's "border."
Unless you mean you were a "boarder" of the river?

I'm a Bammer, and though Ole Miss is the only SEC team to beat us the last 3 years (twice even) I still don't get the animosity so many people have for them.

edit: Miss State fans I can understand, but not all the rest

LSU fans were and continue to be the most scared of the bunch that Ole Miss was about to overtake them in every facet of college athletics. Football, baseball, basketball, soccer, softball...

This here is an example of yallls misguided logic. You keep telling yourselves its all about LSU. Don't get me wrong. They would be a valid rivalry, albeit a rather lofty one for y'all. Bringing Freeze in was never about beating Bama. That was just an unexpected surprise. That had more to do with the fact that Bama probably prepared less for y'all than it did any other opponent. No, bringing in Freeze was all about shutting Mullen up. His bravado and the fact we were about to beat you 4 years in a row was too much for Aaaaaachey and company to take. It wasn't about Bama. Anyone with an IQ over 20 realizes you will get that arse whooped most of the time. It wasn't about beating LSU because the odds are only slightly better there than against Bama. Noooo this was all about Mississippi State. You can tell each other it wasn't all you want but your administration thought much differently.

That's because they have only beaten us 10 times in the history of the series.

From my personal experience having known Ole Miss fans where at work or just the unexpected encounter with one of these people the magority of them are delusional stuck up humans. They believe that they truely are better than other people when it comes to life and everybody else is stupid and beneath them.
For no other reason than to route against them I could care less if they lost their entire athletic program.

Here's to bear hunting!
Cheers!!

To me they have just always been cheaters and seemed prefectly fine with cheating. For some incomprehensible reason just just act like it's worth it if they can win. No sense of sportsmanship or fair play.

I have been an ole miss "hater" for over 50 years. I enjoy LSU beating them and I enjoy them having bad games but this is just too much. over the years, I have met many ole miss fans at games and away from football. I doubt any of them had a damn thing to do with this cheating. they are good folk.

I do not relish kicking good people when they are down.

Sorant - this thread doesn't even rate a 1 on the 3.9 scale.

You can do better. Has the heat gotten to you?

He only posted that gif after an Ole miss fan posted your late hit on Dak. You have no problem with your late, dirty hits on MSU players? Rebels I know laughed about it.

You have to admit it's quite the phenomenon that State fans haven't gotten all this out of their system yet. Ya'll are about to be the kings of Mississippi and you're still throwing out insults like Ole Miss just left you for a double-D stripper. Relaaaax. Enjoy the ride... Forget the ReBears ever existed! Arkansas got you baby.

Miss State has 6 from 1996-2007 alone. No wonder Ole Miss fans put so much into beating Bama. Is that honest? Only 10 wins historically vs Alabama?
