LSU is 9th in winning, that's in the top 10% is that not elite?

No offense to the folks who use winning percentage instead of total wins but Boise State and Ga Southern don't belong in the discussion. LSU is 12th among Power Five schools in total wins, first in this century. That makes them elite in my book.

If you consider all programs, it's between 9-10%. But if you consider only P-5 programs,it's somewhere between15-20%.
