Georgia splits in SEC play .269 overall .240 on the road .306 at home .056 difference

Ok but we’ve also played much better teams on the road to be fair

Home
#23 Alabama
Ole Miss
Missouri

Road
#1 Texas A&M
#3 Tennessee
#8 Kentucky
#16 Moo St

If it's anyone, it is likely State..

.264 overall
.225 on the road
.317 at home
.092 difference

But the opponents matter too..

Road Opponents
A&M, Florida, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt

Home Opponents
LSU, Auburn, Georgia

Idk if that would be a crazy split with those opponents..

You do know that they call pitches electronically now right?

What would a feed of the catcher even show?

Clearly the pressure of that #1 ranking is getting to them. They can't handle the pressure so have to start throwing out multiple accusations that everyone else is cheating.

You have to remember, most teams play Q2,3,4 teams at home during the week and usually "lesser" opponents before conference play.. and usually at home.. Arkansas for example has no road opponents outside of SEC play

Ding, ding, ding, we have a winner.

Arkansas scored 21 against Grambling, 13 vs Arkansas State, 11 against Pine Bluff and averaged 11 per game in a three game set against McNeese. That'll raise the average/skew the numbers.

Not everyone does pitchcom and you could get other things like catcher set up.

Why is that funny, momentoftruth87? Someone asked for the source of the interview, and it was provided.

I’m sure most schools’ coaches do weekly interviews with their local media.

We might be able to tell that rest position with the leg kicked out means there no runners on base. That way DVH knows to call off the bunt

by the way, what did Michigan Football just get in trouble for?
What has Venables been accused of?

On that topic, I think a lot is made of stealing signs of an opposing offense.. but what about the defense? Knowing if a defense is going to blitz would be a pretty big advantage.. knowing zone or man would be as well.. what about a spy? a cover 2? a cover 3?

If a team is stealing offensive signs.. you can bet they are stealing defensive signs as well.

As for how that relates to baseball?

I have never really thought about it before, but just as a pitcher tips pitches, I wonder if a catcher does as well. Perhaps he lowers a knee on breaking pitches in anticipation of having to block a ball.. Perhaps he holds his glove differently for fastballs..

It's certainly possible. Has anyone read anything or seen anything about studying a catcher to try and learn the pitch? I don't think this is what a live video feed would provide, but I guess it is possible.

Thoughts?

Literally every school has a camera set up on the catcher in centerfield now...It is called SEC+ and ESPN+.

It would not be that hard for any school to find any items that tip pitches from the mound or from the catcher.
