If he hurt his pectoral it was bench pressing probly.. maybe he will recover quickly..

Not sure what you are saying. The method is moot. Sorry if I am misreading re: benching and recover quickly. But as you said, your source likely said how it happened as they know the recovery expectation already.

Eddie Lacy will probaby will be in fall practice with black jersey through most of fall parctice and will probably not play in the Kent State Game.
