I have really been impressed by Hurts, guy is just so damn calm to be a true freshman. He will be scary good when his passing develops more, not that he is real bad now. I really think if he has to make a drive to win a game in the playoffs he could do it.

LSU's coaching situation is light years ahead of what it was this time last year.
CEO may or may not be great but he is better then CLM and the OC and DC will be good to great.

I am really glad Jimbo (yes I edited it) did not take the LSU HC job. What he could do with Guice and his QB recruiting would be difficult to contend with.

I never said that. He may do a great job but everything starts with the HC. Truth is we don't know what we are going to see with Ed Ogeron. We do know what LSU would have looked like with Jimbo though. We have a much larger body of work to see
