They may be slipping to tier 3 now, that's if they still have a conference in a couple years

He's clearly implying that LSU made two title appearances during Bama's 6 #1 recruiting classes here. Otherwise, the 2006 appearance is irrelevant to his point about Bama's #1 annual recruiting class run. Clemson didn't seem bothered by Bama's 6 #1 classes in a row, nor did tOSU, and you've out recruited them for YEARS.

I'm going to assume he implied what he actually said. Two title appearances in 2006. We play against a division rival who has unparalleled recruiting success.

The "6 #1 classes in a row" was a nod to Alabama and what we have to go against year in and year out and giving credit where it's due. Everyone is a notch below them. We don't all have the luxury of playing in a conference with a bunch of garbage teams and rape-enabling and domestic-violence-enabling coaches. Oh and a coach with a "Big Game" moniker that's good for one title in 20 years

But go ahead and convince yourself that you didn't look like a dumbass just now

"Durr Durrr He implied this even tho he clearly said something totally different". Hang yourself, autist

Correct, the standard bearer in their conference has actually been awful for quite a while and they still can't do it. They literally have the opposite problem we do

So Texas starts shitting the bed and it's time for stoops to step up and take control of the conference and what does he do? Let's tcu and Baylor surpass him

Bob stoops essentially relied upon a sex scandal and implosion of the program at Baylor to save his job

I love how you were talking shite about reading comprehension and pull this dumbass post. The post you are talking about clearly implies that LSU has played in two national championships since 2006 and got there navigating a conference that also contains the University of Alabama. Alabama is a very good program, in fact, they have 6 #1 recruiting classes in the last 6 years. I love your shitty arse logic by the way. "Your conference is bad because a member of your conference is really good." 4 sec teams have won a national championship since Oklahoma last accomplished it. Your conference has teams fleeing because it's a dumpster fire. 2 of those teams actually jumped ship to the SEC because it's more stable and a better athletic conference.

Not much to worry about. That's why I'm lending you my concern.

Well, looks like you're satisfied with stoops underachieving. Congrats. Oh,

I was against his hiring, but I recognize that there is a chance he settles into a Bobby Bowden-esque role and brings in elite athletes while his hot shot coaches handle Xs and Os. I don't know what happens 5 years from now, but anyone who isn't a little worried about LSU caliber athletes with an Aranda-lead defense and a modern offense is a fool.

Is that a product of a great team or a decent team in a mediocre conference that plays no defense?

Phillips is announcing his final decision today and it's already known he's staying committed to OU per TFB and Bob is still scheduled for an in home Friday per Phillips. That being said Marvin Wilson is now leaning towards OU, corndogs are gonna lose out on two 5*s who wanna win more than 7 games a year lol.

OU defense shut down the only SEC team they faced. In the SEC OU defense would be better than in the Big 12 facing spread offenses every week.

In the SEC, stack the box, stop the run, don't worry about the pass. We'd have top 10 defense if we played that every week.

If you know anything about football, you'd understand this.
