The thing about Bhm airport is most flights go through Atlanta, which is one of the airports accepting flights from West Africa.

Yes. I understand. All US airports should cut out international flights to those countries. I am looking at you Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas etc...

Doesn't really do much, unless you can close other land and air borders to other countries who share them with us or infected states. Nothing is stopping a Libyan hopping on a plane to Istanbul and flying to Chicago.
Nothing to freak out about in a developed country, but this will be interesting to watch develop.
