Which begs the question if the east wins the SECCG does the SEC get no teams in the playoff?

That would be fricked up if that happened. However, the east winning the championship is the SEC's best shot at getting 2 teams in the playoffs.

Dammit. He started this thread just to troll Mizzou fans

No, you slow minded troll. I started it to observe the new way of selecting Playoff teams will be both political and behind closed doors. If you watch the NCAA basketball selection long enough you know certain teams, conferences, and markets over ride individual team ability.

Atlanta is a market advertisers covet as are the states of Florida and Texas. If the SEC gets a team in, being from these places will help more than hurt. Alabama is a Top 5 football brand so they will get love that a Missouri, Kentucky, or Vanderbilt will not. South Carolina already has 2 losses so they are out. Vols have brand status but they already have 2 losses so they are already out.

Quit making it about you when it is not.

I can't see how a team loses to Indiana and makes the top four.

Interesting take from a LSU poster. This is precisely why Okie State didn't deserve a shot at the BCS title in '11, right?

What the hell does "when the east was dominate" mean?

Sure, mathematically Florida still has a chance, but it would take a 180.
Sometimes hope doesn't spring eternal.

While true, I don't see the East champion beating the west champion. Also, I believe the entire SEC is down this year. That said, I thought the same last year, too.

Which part of the sentence is unclear to you? Right now it is clear that the West is dominant. Not too far in the past the east dominated.

I'm not real sure how I can clear that up.

(Should have said dominant instead of dominate...but surely, if you have a college education you could figure that out?)
