Seems it would be easy and productive to say no other football players were involved. This seems to leave the door open that other players were involved.

So if the person who wanted to press charges unless Duke was disciplined by the team never comes forward, then Gus, Jay & the AUPD keep this all under wraps like the Eric Smith case and Duke keeps it down home cuz with the Fambly.

Gus Bus was involved in altercation with three other vehicles saturday night and police are trying to determine who the actual driver was. Witness accounts stated that a gentleman wearing glasses jumped from bus and fled scene after he veered into several vehicles that were adorned with Bama logos. The accident is still under full investigation.
