Actually just seeing if my theory of you following LSU fans around was correct.

Surprise, it was.

*Reads a thread about Alabama and Duke*

Definitely following LSU fans around.

You just can't let it go and it is burning you inside.

Shoot, I could make a better poster than that. Looks like a fan made it. By fan, I mean Alabama fan.

The REC is all powerful. We have plants in all the athletic departments. Though they aren't all good at Photoshop.

What is this

It was a Duke basketball promotional poster that they tweeted. The quote is from Avery Johnson's introductory press conference.

I'm not sure why they blacked out the M in crimson. It's just weird how prominent Avery was in the poster.

State of Kentucky doesn't produce great bball talent, though. Bama bball program is a hell of a lot more accomplished than UK football, not even close.

I've listened to Avery speak so much because he was coach of the Mavs I read that in his voice. Such a coon arse.

They also put a picture of their team winning a championship in it too.

i think people will notice that

Also your coach is saying how much he wishes the Bama train was like the Duke train.

So i think they are good. Not to many duke recruits will see this and go, i should go to Alabama

UK has had many a football HC come in and jump on a train. They all became train wrecks. Bama basketball is very similar to UK football.

No.

Bama basketball has a winning record against all but 2 SEC teams.

UK football has a winning record against 4 SEC teams, and barely at that.

Well, if you are going to set a standard/goal in college basketball, Duke is definitely a high standard.

That's precisely why CAJ used Duke. I find it amusing that so many fans are so jealous and envious of elite athletic programs that they refuse to acknowledge the eliteness of that program. Hell, Kentucky is the only SEC school that wouldn't want to be Duke basketball

Saying you want to be like someone else will be brought back up whenever you compete for a recruit. Not that bammer was going to be stealing many recruits from Duke anyway

Still better than Auburn. Over most of current recruit's lives Duke has been THE team in college basketball. Other schools have made runs (UK, Florida, etc.) but Duke has been THE team. I don't think saying we want to be like Duke is a bad thing.

I'm not sure why they thought it was smart to make a recruiting poster, that has another schools logo 5x larger than theirs. But either way, thanks Duke!

LOL at the thought of thinking anything Alabama does will effect Duke Basketball.

Yeah - that wasn't necessary - Duke can stand on their own merit, why would they even give a glance at what some Bama basketball coach said in his opening presser?

Sure he will. He has only been on the job 2 weeks and he has already stole one from Kentucky. Just think what he will be able to do once he establishes some relationships.
