But, you had to know how tough it would be to pull a winning coach from another school, right.

LSU made big moves on Herman and Jimbo and missed on both. Texas was forced to make the move when they realized that LSU was serious about Herman.

Lots of bluster about crushing the Gators, choosing between Jimbo and Herman as new HC -- there's lots of material for those in the mood to laugh at LSU.
