That's all great and that's what College Football was supposed to be;but turn on Sports Center on Monday morning and count the % of great former students that are in the highlights.

So he threw the ball all the way down the field, it was intercepted and ran back 40 yards and Murray was running towards the ball carrier (altho gingerly) and it only took 5 seconds? DAMN that's fast!

I love how these folks talk about the South like it is some kind of racist backwater. Folks, I have been to Indiana. There is no room for prejudice from there.

While the Catholics were not involved, most people don't know about the most successful of the klans...

Indiana Klan

Guess where the headquarters is for one of the most successful current klans?

Indiana Klan today...

The next time they throw racist or prejudice comments at you, link this up.

from the rivals board

quote:

If any thug player from Alabama does that to Golson, there will be hell to pay. McCarron would be wise to tell his defensive players to play hard but not "dirty". Or else his knees might be damaged beyond repair. ND has a very close team. They will not put up with cheap shot thuggery.

This ND is old testament " an eye for an eye". The Nd under Davie, willingham, and Weis were "new testament"--turn the other cheek. That is why ND allways got there butts kicked after Lou and before Brian.

Ezekiel 25:17. "The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you!

Pffft! The Midwest is like the South, minus the accent and the large Black population (except in the big cities) My parents are from Iowa, they never saw a Black person in person until my dad joined the Navy and was stationed in Texas.

It's good to see that Notre Dame's water-boy-slash-special emissary has weighed in.

Their Front 7 is NOT better than LSU or UGA's were, and we blew both of those teams off of the line.

Are you retarded? You won the game fair and square, congrats! I am not going back to look at stats, but if anything Bama was on the reqar end of being manhandled moreso than blowing LSU off the ball.

Tards gonna tard!!!!

Might wanna check those stats before you rant about them. Bama did blow LSU off the line each time they ran. The problem was that they only did it 22 times. GA only gave up 6 inches more per rush than LSU (7.4 yds vs 7.25 yds) and that's with being smashed in the mouth on run plays twice as many times (45 vs 22). If Bama had run as much against LSU they would have gained 450 instead of the 350 they did against GA.

This. I don't like Saban, and I won't be pulling for either team. shite, I probably won't even watch much of the game, if any at all. But for Notre Dame fans to talk shite about anyone else's coach about anything, is the height of hypocrisy.

As far as we all know, Nick Saban never killed anyone.

25 for 166 yds. 51 yds came on two carries. So the other 23 carries were for 115. I realize those two carries count but average yds per carry can be deceiving.

No disrespect to the aggies, had a great season, but do not expect the same next year. They had success because SEC teams build their teams to win the SEC. Bama is going to recruit to beat an LSU or Florida type team. This year, teams had to assume risk for one game against A & M, luckily LSU & Florida had speed athletes on defense to make tackles against the aggies. Bama goes with the philosophy or larger players. I do not expect the aggies to sneak up on anyone next year now that everyone has film on the new coaches style.
