Lol at the OP why on earth would LSU fans want to fight for instate recruits like Bama/AU do every year? And, we already have about 5 rivalry games every year....OM, Bama, AU, FL, A&M... List goes on and on

Lafayette, LA, home of the flagship institution in the state of Louisiana.

The little bro syndrome from LSU fans rival aggy, barners, and cow pokes.

I don't think LSU could play that many in state institutions in one year

Grambling, Louisiana Tech, ULL, ULM, Northwestern State, Nicholls State, mcneese state, and SLU....

Is that the team that isn't Louisville, but goes by UL? The one LSU is 22-0 against all time in football. The one that has averaged 1 point per game in those meetings and has scored one TD in those 22 games combined? Just wondering...

Why are people so concerned about LSU having an in-state rival?

Most lil bros play the state's flagship institution every year, except in Louisiana.

NEAUX! As noted, the SEC is our rival. Especially the Rammer Jammer dudes in crimson. Can't wait to play them in Tiger Stadium in 2014. The same fate awaits the elephants as was suffered by Johnny Football yesterday. It will be fun! And revenge ... Now, to have the Aubies to go out and beat Bama even though I wish it were some team other than Aubie ...

Yeah, we skeererd. We'd rather go on the road against ranked teams like Washington, UNC, Oregon, or TCU than play ULL every year.

It's not our fault the Greenie Weenies (Tulane) decided to drop out the SEC and then start sucking consistently minus a brief period in the early 80's.

TCU and Arky should play an exhibition match on New Year's just to get their fix in.

I guess.

SCAR should be worried about ending Dabo and Big Bro's "SEC win streak".

LSU should be historically on the level of Tennessee /Bama but lag behind with UGA/Auburn

And yet, historically, LSU has more national championships and more conference championships than UGA or Auburn, and leads the head to head series with both teams.

Tennessee?

All-time team rankings:

#9 LSU
#10 Tennessee

Just because you're ignorant of LSU's illustrious history doesn't mean that your perception of LSU is valid. In point of fact...
