Sumlin is a good Catholic Man, raising his family in College Station. Bookmark this, 100% he stays at A&M.

Which is why I would be MUCH more concerned about NOTRE frickING DAME looking for a head coach than USC.

Dude's catholic, from Indiana. If he bolts for ANY program, it would be for ND, but I still doubt that one too. ND is a recruiting pain in the arse.

Haha I appreciate you Kaiser for not giving the OP's poor attempt at trolling a serious response

Let's see. USC, in the middle of beautiful South Central, sunny beaches, fake tittays, beaches.

Or TAMU, all-male, military, 4k students, poor cow college.

He gone.

Dude, you forgot Hollywood.

Coaching at USC provides a perfect opportunity for Sumlin to segue into a very successful acting career. He's quite the thespian, I hear.

I heard ole Summy had aspirations of being a shipping magnate. The port of Los Angeles has the highest tonnage rate of any in the U.S.

DAMN. HE GONE.

Don't forget cost of living in TX vs CA. He also might not be a big city guy especially an LA kind of guy. I've never been to LA, but I imagine its a little different than Houston although comparable in size. Don't forget the humidity in this part of TX will keep you younger longer than that dry wild fire spurning mud slide inhibiting CA.

You do realize he would have a multi-millionaire dollar salary plus endorsements, right? It's not like someone moving from TX to Los Angeles on a 50K salary. Cost of living is not a factor for his level of income.

Sumlin is amateur archeologist. As part of the USC comp package he has access to work the tar pits.

Go gone.

Yes. Dude would be on TV all day LONG!!! Hell, the endorsement deals alone will pay for almost half the cost of his $14 million 2500 square foot LA County home. shite, he may be able to pay for a $25 million 2500 square foot home in Orange County if he strikes the right endorsement deals that eclipse Michael Jordan and Tiger Woods.

He doesn't mind the California State Income Tax either. Sumlin is down for paying his "fair share" to all the needy and homeless in the greater LA area.

Some are still stuck in the "bargaining" phase. When Saban went to Miami, they were well on their way to the depression and acceptance phases, but as soon as Alabama hired him, they went right back to the denial phase.
