Like everything in the Saban machine, all pieces are perfectly compartmentalized. Bo Davis cheats on the recruiting trail? Replace and roll on. Kirby and Kiffin leave for HC positions? Replace and roll on.

There are many assistants in Saban's Staff, he prepares a place for each.
