I was merely suggesting that having an off week prior to the game would be more ideal than making one of the longest possible road trips that you could make prior to a game where you have to turn around and make another long road trip.
Ummm, you do realize they aren't actually driving to those long away games, right?

No, I thought for sure they were taking multiple charter buses to the games. Yes, I am aware they will fly. It's not uncommon to get concerned about two long "road trips" like that. For example, last year there was a lot of concern about something similar happening with UGA. Back to back @ Mizzou and @ Arky - two of our longest possible road trips. Thankfully, we came out hot in the 1st half against Arky, to say the least. But we looked dead on our feet in the 2nd half.

The other thread got me wondering what the real opinion here would be. No flame. Just curious what the rant says.

eta: starting this year Bert getting the bye before AU... Does it become a trend.. For one or both maybe.

Let's say FINAL SEC RECORD... MALZAHN VS BERT

If I say "no", will you clean your room?

Highly doubtful. Less than 5% chance for sure.

I actually think they can beat them this year. Auburn's defense is still going to be subpar and Arky's offense is going to beat their brains in.

Just going to depend on JJ living up to the ridiculous hype their fans are giving him

Is it less, the same, or more hype than you gave ole Jake Coker last year?

Yes. And more than likely will lose this coming season.
