I think LSU goes undefeated next year. I expect their quarterbacks to continue to develop.

Does LSU win the national championship next year?

Because in 9 meetings against Saban, Miles has played Saban the closest - winning 3 and coming excruciatingly close in 3 additional ones. With a little luck Miles could easily be 6-3. And 5 of those 9 games were decided in the final seconds.

Miles is 0-4 in the last four, period. Two of the four were in Tiger Stadium at night...in both cases, LSU could not close them out. One of the four was for a national title and LSU didn't cross the 50 yard line until Bama had taken their starters out.

Name ONE other coach who has played Saban 9 times, won 3 of them, and had a chance to win 3 other ones in the final seconds.....
In other words, Miles has been competitive in at least 6 of the 9 meetings with Saban: 2007,2008,2010,2011,2012,and 2014.
And even in two others: 2009, we were within 6 in the final minutes. And in 2013, we were tied at 17 in the fourth.

Their offense blows but Cam Cameron has nothing to do with that. At least pretend you know what you're talking about.

2007 was a fluke with two losses, and 2011 he was bailed out by amazing players making amazing plays depiste gomer pile on the headset

2007 was a fluke? We beat Final Top Ten (and former #2 Virgina Tech) by SIX TOUCHDOWNS, we beat defending NC Florida, won the SECCG, and destroyed #1 Ohio State in the NCG 38-24, our 3rd string giving up a window-dressing TD at the end. LSU had one of the toughest schedules in the nation that year.

In 2011, LSU outscored 13 opponents FIVE-HUNDRED to 123.
Our ONLY close game was in Tuscaloosa, when your 'Gomer Pyle' on the headset outcoached and out-maneuvered the mighty Saban in his own back yard, and made Bama look like a schoolgirl volleyball team in OT.

They would if the SEC didnt hate LSU and if it wasn't headquartered in Birmingham. Tom Ritter will make sure it doesn't happen

Way back when, Les took chances. He suprised opponents' coaches. No more. Predictable predictable predictable. We will not win it all with a predictable, conservative, play not to lose philosophy...no matter the talent. So no, I don't see us winning it all. The mad hatter seems to have left the building.

I love Les Miles - I hope he stays at LSU forever. I love your NFL offensive coordinator ~ oh and I love Chief too.

Probably not. More like a 10-2 season but possibly the year after

And pissed Saban off so bad that 65 days later he shoved both boots up LSU's arse. And stood on the podium hoisting his 3rd crystal football.

Worst argument in sports.

By this logic, countless coaches have won titles with other coaches players.

They still have to coach the players.

Really? Who?

2007 was a crazy year and everyone knows it. When OSU won the Michigan game that year everyone was holding roses in between their teeth because they were sure they were going there (I think they were 6th or 7th at the time). LSU beat UF while going for it like 45 times on 4th down and converting every one (but they won), but also lost twice (never had a team lose twice and even get to that game before that i don't think).
