Saints are big in Mobile. You are correct they are "our" team on the Gulf Coast.

no, what really bothers me are auburn fans who are only carolina fans because Cam is their QB and when they are winning, the moment carolina got raped by SF last week, not one auburn panther could be found on the MSB

I think it bothers LSU fans more that former Alabama and Auburn players are the Saints's roster.

This couldn't be further from the truth.

I'm an LSU fan first and saints fan second because I went to undergrad at LSU. A sports team that doesn't represent one's alma mater can't come close to one that does, IMO. That's not to say that I'm not a big Saints fan.

I was very much a Saints fan before I became a huge LSU fan. I really got into LSU when I decided for sure that I was going to go to college there.

There is SO much of that right now. My FB was full of Panther crap last weekend from the aubs. I love Julio but the Falcons can go frick themselves.

That's notion that this is widespread is laughable.

They're as bad as the former Denver Tebow fans from Gainesville. Go to a UF game or a GA/FLA game. There are dolts there wearing Denver Tebow jerseys. To a friggin Florida game.

I am all about supporting your guys in the NFL but people who are fans of teams solely for that are irritating

I do think Mark Ingram is somewhat of a double agent sent by Bama to undermine the Saints organization and piss off however many LSU-Saints fans he can in the process.

If we actually had a good Bama player on our roster I would like them. But they seem to be sent to our team to cost us playoff games.

I never had a problem with Roman Harper. I don't remember any specific Auburn players for the Saints, so I can say that I never had any problems with them either.

How about me, the Aggie Saints fan?

To be fair, I have been a Saints fan much longer than I have been an Aggie. And even though I love the actual university of A&M if we are talking football teams and brands the Saints are by far my favorite team.

Ben Grubbs, Will Herring, and Heath Evans are the most recent Auburn Saints.

Will Herring and Ben Grubbs are the only two that come to mind recently
