On paper they certainly do.

But Bama and Saban are so far inside their heads at this point it's really hard to see it happening.

It's like when some of Mark Richt's best teams used to lose to fricking Ron Zook lol. Florida had dominated for so long that Georgia simply came into the game questioning whether they could actually do it.

Even after the second cg you won’t find a lot of confident Bama fans. This team just can’t play consistent. If Georgia gets Bamas best game I think Bama wins but if they get anything else Georgia will beat Bama soundly.

You bet they do.

Bama has to do something to stop/slowdown #19 for UGA.

Yes. They went up 10-0 on bama in a game they really had nothing to play for. They sort of slept-walked the rest of the way and allowed the bama WR’s the run wild in a game they had to win.

When Stetson was asked about facing Bama, he didn’t exactly instill a lot of confidence.

Georgia has the talent. They need a solid game plan from coach Kirby. And even then it’s a crapshoot because Saban is a helluva game day coach.

I think Georgia was widely considered the best team until the SECCG. Bama seemed to have played down to competition a little this year. Which is what others have mentioned about inconsistency. Georgia definitely has a chance. That being said smart is not saban, and Bennett is not young. Georgia definitely has a chance. I wouldn’t bet the house on this game.

If jawga has the desire to blitz a good bit they have a chance. They also need to stretch the field out and have quick throws

Yes they have a realistic shot. I'm hoping the Bama heebie jeebies got worked out in the first game. We're lucky we get to shots at them - if we lose twice, theres really no doubt who deserves it or who the better team is.

Georgia going to be hard to beat again. But, we are going to go ahead and claim the natty next year. All of our top talent coming back. Winning with sophomores vs seniors twice in row is a lot to ask.

UGa has to find 18 points. Either score more or hold Bama to less. I just don't see it happening but I expect this time will be closer.

Maybe a Milroe walk off TD in overtime.

What's with some Bama fan's obsession with Milroe doing anything significant this year?

No, no, no. Yall get the negative rat poison this game too. Vegas has you favored by 2.5. Bama sucks. We were lucky to win last game. We all banged up. Got no chance.

It would be the ultimate insult for UGa.

More seriously, have you watched when he has gotten in a game. Not sure he is a 5 star QB but definitely a 5 star athlete.

3rd string QB who's taken like 6 snaps this season isn't going to suddenly sneak into the biggest game of the year. He may be the future, though.

Yes there is a chance. The Bama folks want to make it seem like it’s better than it should be. I love my team but I would think it’s highly unlikely we beat them. It is what it is.

.. when I look on one side and it’s Kirby.. then I look on the other side and it’s Saban… All I can say to you is “I’m sorry, better luck next year”…

If bad Bama shows up, then yes.

I don't think that is likely to happen in a NC game, but it is definitely possible. Maybe the team gets it in their head that they blew out UGA in the SECCG and then they don't put in their best effort. That is absolutely a realistic scenario.

If Bama plays like they did in the SECCG, then I don't see how UGA could win.
