Gonna have an AD and Head Coach vacancy soon. Will be interesting to see if Ole Miss has to buy Freeze out and who they find to fill the openings.

No. He gets hush money.

I hope, for his family's sake, that he has been wise with his money the last few years. If paying his bills is reliant upon him make 3-4 million a year then he's screwed because he's never making that kind of money again.

Art Briles' actions allowed dozens of brutal rapes to happen, and he still got millions.

I remember watching the lsu v ole miss game this past year and not being impressed at all when they did a little segment from freezes house. Looked like one of those cookie cutter houses. Must be top of the line in oxford

I think they are just holding on to him until the penalty phase hits. If Freeze gets a "show cause", then he gets fired and receives nothing.

Does rampant cheating and Show Cause violate a Morals Clause? Kind of ironic since were talking about Saint Hugh.

Yes, but he will surely contest it and it would survive summary judgment more than likely. I think the most likely scenario if they fire him for cause would be negotiating a buyout so Ole Miss doesn't have to pay to litigate it.

Knowing the dumb arses here that negotiationed his contract he'll probably receive his full buy out. If that happens we'll Probably just hire another high school girl's basketball coach because that will be all that will be willing to come here and what we can afford. That being said I'll throw my hat in the ring for 100k a year.

He won't if it's for cause, which in this case, it would be.

Ha, I was thinking the opposite. As gullible as Hugh has been, he'll probably end up paying Ole Miss for the next 5-10 years
