LF7 is one of the football athletes who has 40, and 100 times that are the same in football gear as they are in a track shorts.

In other words...he is fast enough.

22.9 mph at 233 lbs...on a bum ankle, out of shape...only adds to the legend. Same report I saw had the fastest speed timed in the NFL last year at 22.6 mph (John Brown & Robert Alford).

The 10.68 100m is the fastest official time LF7 ran in high school. It was during his junior year as I recall. He did not run track as a senior. For some reason I don't think St. Aug fielded a T&F team that year.

As for 40 time I don't know. So much of a good 40 time is about the start. It would shock me if he didn't run under 4.5 officially.

Jeremy Hill rarely...if ever...got caught from behind and he ran a 4.66 official time at the combine I believe.

Shame LSU (errr Miles) couldn't get more out of such a talented back in regards to wins/championships. I truly believe he belongs alongside Bo and Hershel on SEC's Mount Rushmore of running backs.

Best to ever carry the ball for LSU.
