There is a good chance that they get jumped. Nothing has changed. Win out and they are in. Lose and they are out.

In other news , our wins vs UF and UT look a bit better this AM, and Arky played MSU tough on the road having a chance to tie it late.

You are right about analysis. But I sure see a total boofoo coming with one loss teams trying to get into the playoff... Either TCU or KState will have one loss... Probably two SEC teams will have one loss if MState loses to Bama or Ole Miss... Oregon will easily get there. I think Michigan State will also be one loss... It's going to total boo foo choosing 4 teams and I'll make case that LSU deserves it more than any 1 loss team other than Aubie and MState... if they both have 1 loss. PRecedent... 1971 final Rankings... Neb beat Colo and Okla who beat Colo... Final rankings... 1 Neb 2. Okla 3. Colo

Yall need to quit worrying about where the committee ranks Bama. If they win the remaining games they are in. If they dont, they arent

Good point about UF and UT. Finally a bama fan that can wrap their mind around the subject at hand.

They'll probably stand pat. Can't imagine a 2-loss team being in the top 7.

How doesn't that WV win not look good? It took TCU everything they had plus five WV turnovers to win late on a field goal.

nah they will move up to set up a high ranking match up in tiger stadium. Once we beat them they might drop a spot or two and then the grind gets them

Oregon is already ahead of Bama in the only rankings that matter and I expect TCU will move ahead of them on Tuesday.

Why? Because they barely beat (in fact should have lost) to a team we beat by 10?

Get a grip.

Good question, although I seem them moving ahead of Mississippi in the playoff ranking this week. I don't think they crack the Top 4 as I see Oregon replacing Mississippi

They should stay at 6. Jump Ole Miss and fall behind TCU.

I wonder if the AS and coaches polls will change to look more like the CFPO poll?

The #20 team losing by 1 to the #7 team makes them look worse? What kind of fricked up world are we living in?

If Ole Miss had won last night, I believe Alabama could have ended up first in one or both polls and left out of the playoffs.

Ole Miss wins out and goes to Atlanta. Bama wins out ending its season at 11-1. Oregon, Notre Dame, TCU, Michigan State and FSU all win out.

Ole Miss loses in Atlanta. I think some combination of the four conference champs and or Notre Dame get in, despite the Bama strength of schedule.

FSU gets dumped in the playoffs moving Bama to one in one or both polls. There would probably be a strong enough protest vote to keep them at one. And we would damn sure claim it too.
